Answers to the questions we hear most
What's the minimum order quantity for bulk?+
Bulk orders typically start at 50 cartons per SKU (roughly 1,200 bottles of 250 ml or 500 ml, or 600 bottles of 1 L). For weddings and events we can flex lower — tell us the guest count and we'll suggest a mix.
How much notice do you need for a bulk order?+
Standard orders ship within 2–5 working days. For weddings and events, book at least 2 weeks ahead so we can lock stock and plan delivery around your date. Rush orders are possible — message us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver, or do we arrange pickup?+
Both. For nearby routes we deliver directly. For further distances we can either arrange transport at cost, or hand over to your logistics partner at our plant.
Can we get a custom label on the bulk bottles?+

What payment terms do you offer?+
First-time orders are pre-paid. Recurring institutional accounts can move to 15–30 day credit terms once we've completed 2–3 orders together.
Do you supply outside your standard delivery area?+
For very large orders (5,000+ bottles) we can arrange transport almost anywhere in India via freight. Ask us for a landed cost including transport.
